Hangiri bowl

Hangiri bowls are used in Japanese cooking for preparing sushi rice.

Hasegawa hangiris are made from plastic with non-stick properties.The wide, shallow shape of the hangiri allows for easy mixing and cooling of the rice.

Non-slip mat FYS

Non-slip mats come in a variety of sizes and can be placed under a cutting board instead of a wet cloth.

Hangiri spatula

This spatula has a plastic outer layer with a wooden core, and a slippery texture on the tip to prevent food sticking to it. It can resist heat up to 130°C and is well suited to stirring even thicker substances like gravy.
